Bligit Jewellery's return policy
At Blingit Jewellery we take pride in the quality of our jewellery and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns policy to ensure your experience with us remains positive.
1.Returns Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The jewellery must be unworn, in its original condition, and its original packaging ( including tags, boxes, and any authenticity cards ).
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2.Non-returnable Items
Custom-made jewellery( including bespoke pieces and personalised engraving ).
Earrings (Due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty).
Gift cards.
3.Return process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
